Good Morning Mark,
Please see the attached sketch for Fassler Hall. I used your instructions from our meeting earlier this week, and counted the seats inside per
IBC, and used the total area of the patio to calculate the outside space. Per my calculations, I was able to keep the plumbing fixture count at
four water closets per restroom.
I also talked to Tracy, and he said that we wouldn't be required to have landscaping inside the patio area. The required street trees go in the
right of way, and there are already street trees around the project. I will work with the landscape architect to update his drawings to reflect the
modifications I already show in the architectural portion of the drawings you have.
