Brief Project Description
Description: The project consists of a 7,400 SF renovation of the first floor to the
two-story Paragon Building at 311 E. Capitol Ave. in Little Rock, Arkansas for the
purposes of a restaurant. The project also proposes a 6,400 SF exterior patio to
the west to be access from new openings in the building, and to be fully fenced in
from the street. Additional exterior improvements include painting the east, west,
and south facades, and the attachment of metal letters on the north facade.
