Yes. tomorrow is the deadline for application. Can you get all the stuff together by then? Photos of what you want to
do, fill out application, write cover letter? You will have to have an abstract company get the property owners in your
area. Can they get those done and you mail the certified letters by June 30th? That is probably the stickiest item to fill.
