3)
Exterior
Stair and Deck repair
a)
Replace boards on deck and stairs to upper floor with wood boards of same dimension, shape
and profile.
4)
Roofing for fire damaged areas
a)
Remove multiple layers of asphalt roofing and/or additional layers of roofing materials.
b)
Replace rafters as needed.
c)
Repair decking with boards of same thickness, (plywood, chipboard, or 1 x boards for decking.)
d)
Drip edge may be installed. Paint exposed edge to match fascia.
e)
Gutters may be removed and replaced if necessary for roof installation.
f)
No changes will be made to the roof pitches, gables, or valleys.
g)
Reroof with asphalt shingles.
5)
Wood Soffit and Fascia Repair
a)
Remove damaged soffit and fascia pieces and replace with wood boards of same dimension,
shape and profile.
b)
Caulk, prime, and paint.
6)
Wood Siding Fagade Repair
a)
Trim Boards and Siding Repair
i) Remove damaged trim boards and siding pieces and replace with boards of same
dimension, shape and profile.
ii) Caulk, prime, and paint.
