1) Fencing Repair/Replace
a) Replacement boards to be same size, material and shape as existing. New fence (portions
visible from the street) to be in same location as previous with same number and size of gates.
b) Fence between 410 and 402-406 E 9th that is not visible from the street may be moved or not
reinstalled as long the proposed location is not visible from the street.
2) Stairs to Upper Apartment
a) Remove and Replace both sets of stairs to upper apartment to meet code.
b) Stairs and gate on east side of building to not exceed the building setback. (Do not build either
closer to the street than the current building.)
