Details of Eviction and Prevention:
-Animal eviction will be conducted placing markers to determine the main entries. Defensive measures will be taken to seal up all
other possible points of entries, then installing a one-way door system over the points of entry which will allow them to exit but not
return. All work will be guaranteed for one full year from date of completion.

Price covers…
all material and labor for the work detailed in this proposal
Plus a one year guarantee for this work and
any animal invasion of the home over the course of the next year... Which includes...
Bats, Rats, Squirrels, Raccoons, Opossums, Skunks, Snakes and Birds
The guarantee does not cover...
woodpecker damage (this damage can be repaired for an additional cost per occurrence)
animal activity outside of the home (in the yard, under the deck, etc., However, live trapping
can be done at a reduced rate for customers under contract.
animal re-entry due to mother nature damage, pet damage, negligence of other workers
(plumbers, electricians, cable guys, etc.) or due to remodeling or homeowner negligence.
We ask if you have any remodeling done, such as a new roof, add on a new room, etc., please
notify us so we can inspect their work and seal any new areas that are vulnerable to bring
the house back under the guarantee
Should any of these situations not covered under the contract occur, AEBK can make the
necessary repairs to bring the house back under the guarantee for an additional cost.
