Project Description with Conditions listed:
1) Brick Repair
a) Tuck point brick in chimney, foundation, and front steps.
b) Replace missing bricks as needed to match existing pattern.
c) Use Type N mortar with joint to match existing.
2) Wood Siding and Trim Repair
a) Trim Boards and Siding Repair
i) Remove damaged trim boards and siding pieces and replace with boards of same
dimension, shape and profile.
ii) Reattach loose siding boards.
iii) Seal gaps between foundation and wall.
iv) Caulk, prime, and paint.
3) Roof Repair
a) Seal gaps under the upper roof line.
4) Sealing gaps for vermin -proofing
a) Constrict new crawl space doors to same size as before. Do not remove bricks or other
materials to make doors larger.
b) Install new dryer vent with anti -animal door.
c) Seal around all pipes and doors.
d) Screen all foundation vents from inside crawl space. Do not remove existing vents.
