Hi Brian,
I got all of our Certified letters sent yesterday, except for 1. It is going to a PO Box in Jamaica, NY, but the Post Office is
telling me it’s not a good PO Box number for that zip code. I have verified the address that the title company sent me
with the records on the assessor’s website and everything looks the same. So… I wanted to get your opinion – should I
go ahead and send it to the PO Box I have or can you think of another resource to try to verify this address?
