I will take one for you. We will need 12 copies of the drawings for the house as stated in the application form. Your file number will be HDC17-006. The COA packet on line is up to date. I will go over all of the details with you tomorrow. I have a 11-12 meeting tomorrow and a 2-3. If you would like to schedule an appointment, that would be good. You will be filing for a COA to be heard by the HDC on 4/10/17. Your filing deadline for the next BOA is March 28`h for a hearing on April 24th. The person that does those applications will be out tomorrow, but I can give you those forms. Your cover letter is the best place to justify your layout of the detached garage. I will mention that this item will go to the BOA and that any approval of the HDC will be contingent on the BOA approval. You may be able to use the same cover letter to both. I am preparing my application packet to submit tomorrow and had a couple of questions. Regarding the pictures of the lot required for the application packet, would you prefer these to be printed or emailed to you (or both). I also just wanted to make sure that there aren't any additional form that need to be submitted outside of what is included in the Certificate of Appropriateness packet available on the City's website. And lastly, we will also be submitting an application to the Board of Adjustments for our detached garage as we will need approval for a shortened setback.
