Project is to be completed as amended and as approved by Historic District
Commission in the April 10, 2017 hearing with the following exceptions:
1. On the west fagade of the house for the stairwell windows, the transom will be not
be installed but the lower windows will increase in height so that the rough opening will
be the same.
2. The eaves will have continuous vented soffits.
3. The bay window in the dining room on the east side of the house will not be built.
4. The fence at the perimeter of the property is allowed to be changed to a wood
fence instead of the "Trex" fence that was approved. The fence is to be built in the same
location and height as approved. Details of fence will be provided to Staff prior to
construction of fence.
