Thank you for the info on the zoning regulations for placement. If you two would like me to participate on the site visit, I am free Friday afternoon the 7th. There are zoning rules that dictate placement for setbacks from property lines. It is usually best to meet with you onsite to see if the shed would be visible from the street. You will need to get either HDC Staff or Commission in addition to AHPP approval before you start. I have time later this week to meet with you if that fits your schedule. We are having an issue with bats but luckily not in our house. I'm planning to get an inspection by the AR Wildlife Removal people to make sure 3 they can't get it because there are so many of them flying through int he evenings! In any case - we do have a location in mind for a shed. If you're looking at the front door to position yourself on the lot, the shed would be placed in back left corner of the yard. We envision a long, narrow shed set flush with the corner of the yard. My husband and i can sketch out the positioning if that would be helpful... Of course it would be something very nice and I understand we would need to develop building plans, etc. But I'm just checking in to see if it's even an option. Thanks, Katy
