Good afternoon Mark and Jill,
I left messages on your voicemails this afternoon. Congratulations on your recent purchase of the Ellerman-Ferling
house. Brian Minyard sent over the paperwork for the COA request. I have written the approval letter for the roofing
and wood façade repairs and attached it to this email. Hard copy to follow in the mail.
Brian also told me that you were not provided information or a copy of the easement at closing. I attached a copy of it
for your review.
