I have rifled out the Application Form (included) for the Capitol Zoning
District Commission, confirming that I will take off the new
(inappropriate and unapproved) roof at 1301 Scott Street [The Rozelle-
Murphy Housel, and instead put a membrane on the existing roof,
sealed by torching.
