Subject:RE: More on Rozelle-Murphy House concerns

I was just by the Rozelle Murphy House at 1301 Scott Street. The work has jet to be e started to remove the pitched
roof. What do you think is the best option?
1. The city can take him to environmental court after following the required procedures.
2. The state could demand a repayment of the facade easements (which I believe would hit him a lot harder and get his
attention.
3. CZDC can _________________
4. Do nothing.
Lets try to get on the same page and get this matter resolved. my first email on this was on March 12th.
