I had laryngitis for weeks but I can’t imagine not even squeaking out a sound now and then.
No, the owners have done nothing as far as I know. I spoke with Randy this morning and he didn’t say they had
filed anything with him, just that I had to go see what had been done. Just got back. Wow. I did send out a letter
last week but haven’t heard anything. Mona says I should phone them. I will later this afternoon.
What a way to start my new job.

I can email up a storm, but no phone conversations for now. Doctors orders. This house is in the area that
Capitol Zoning and MacArthur Park share. I was out at a conference (listening only) on Thursday and Friday.
If they put everything back the way it was, and if not in the CZDC shared area, I would issue them a Certificate of
Compliance, slap their hands and send them on their way. But they are not.
If they want to change the roof, that will cause lots of other issues, hearings at CZDC, MacArthur Park and the
easement issues.
has Randy said if they have filed anything with him? They have not filed anything with us. Have they told Randy
that they will put everything back?
keep me in the loop and I will do whatever is needed.

Mona Hughes gave me your name. I am the new Easement Coordinator at AHPP.
Randy Jeffrey alerted us to the changes the owners of this property are making to the roofline of the
house. Randy said he issued a stop-work order and has spoken with you.
I understand you are under the weather for a while and can’t talk but thought maybe we could email if you
are at work.
We have an easement on this property and would like to work with you in resolving this issue.
