I am requesting to see the large poster -board and all other ,Public Records" that
were used at the public hearing earlier this year at the Alert Center located at
2601 East 6". You had two of these large (naps showing the proposed land use
for the future in the "East Endrr. I would also like to see any handouts, scripts,
transcripts, mentos and any other inforinabon you have that was prepared before
or after the meeting including the sign -in rosier of the attendees. Please S-60 the
definition of "Public Records" below. There is no great rush to see this map and
other public information requested, we should get through the holiday rush and
then I will come to your offices to loon at what you have. Call when you want me
