THAT PORTION OF THE ABOVE DESCRIBED REAL PROPERTY LOCATED
WITHIN ONE HUNDRED (100) FEET OF THE RIGHT-OF-WAY OF KANIS ROAD IS A
WOODED BUFFER ZONE. OTHER THAN THREE ROAD/DRIVEWAY CONNECTIONS

easements, rights-of-way, and all applicable subdivision ordinances, rules and regulations of the
City of Little Rock.

Grantee assumes and agrees to pay the ad valorem taxes for the current year and all
subsequent years.
Grantee by accepting this conveyance, acknowledges that the above described real property
is subject to any future assessments levied by Little Rock Sanitary Sewer System, Chenal Valley
Property Owners Multi -Purpose Improvement District No. 5 of Little Rock, Arkansas, and
Pulaski Fire Protection District attributable to the property described herein.
Grantee by acceptance of this Deed acknowledges and takes subject to the Mineral Deed
from Deltic Farm and Timber Co., Inc. to Deltic Timber Purchasers, Inc. dated November 7,
1988 and filed for record on November 16, 1988 as Instrument No. 88-61004 with the Circuit
Clerk and Ex -Officio Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas.
