ORDINANCE NO. 21,022 Fees $16.00
AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE MASTER STREET PLAN
(ORDINANCE NO. 20,117) TO REMOVE A PROPOSED COLLECTOR IN
THE NORTHEAST QUADRANT OF BOWMAN ROAD AND 36TH
STREET (MSP1.5-01) AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the Little Rock Planning Commission has reviewed the Master Street Plan
Amendment and now recommends it for approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
SECTION 1. Located in TIN R13W Sec. 16, the Proposed Collector in the northeast quadrant
of Bowman Road and 361" Street is to be removed from the Master Street Plan map and text.
SECTION 2. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause,
phrase, or word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such
declaration or adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in
full force and effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally
a part of the ordinance.
SECTION 3. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same that are
inconsistent with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
