This change is the addition of future Bike Lanes to the Master Bike Plan section of the Master Street Plan. This would add a proposed path to the Plan Map. (There is no proposal at this time to construct these paths.) Staff is reviewing the addition of two Class I Bike Paths to the Bike Plan Map: one along Jamison Creek from the River Trail to Foxcroft; and one along Coleman Creek from UALR to Lee Avenue. You are invited to a meeting Wednesday, March 5, 2014 to discuss these additions. Staff will be available from 5:00 to 7:00 PM for your convenience to drop -by and discuss the changes. A Class I Bike Path is a paved path for the use of bicycles and they may be along a street or an independent path such as along a creek.
