HomeMy WebLinkAbout19545ORDINANCE NO. 19,545 AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIANCE FROM VARIOUS LOT DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS OF CHAPTER 31 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; PROVIDING FOR A VARIANCE TO ALLOW A REDUCED PLATTED BUILDING LINE AND A VARIANCE TO ALLOW A REDUCED LOT DEPTH, FOR THE STONECREEK SUBDIVISION PRELIMINARY PLAT (5- 1397 -D), LOCATED ON THE WESTWARD EXTENSION OF GLEN VALLEY DRIVE, WEST OF THE EXISTING STONECREEK SUBDIVISION. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS. SECTION 1. That a variance from various lot design standards of Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances is granted to provide for variances of certain requirements within the Subdivision Regulations of the City of Little Rock for the Stonecreek Subdivision Preliminary Plat (5- 1397 -D), located on the Westward extension of Glen Valley Drive, West of the existing Stonecreek Subdivision as follows: Subsection A. That variances are granted from the provisions of Chapter 31, Section 31- 232(a) for the Stonecreek Subdivision Preliminary Plat (5- 1397 -D), to allow a reduced lot depth for Lots 1 — 16, 24 — 27 and 30 of the Stonecreek Subdivision Preliminary Plat. Subsection B. That variances are granted from the provisions of Chapter 31, Section 31 -256 for the Stonecreek Subdivision Preliminary Plat (5- 1397 -D), to allow a reduced platted building line for Lots 1 - 42 of the Stonecreek Subdivision Preliminary Plat. SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its passage.
