HomeMy WebLinkAbout19544ORDINANCE NO. 19,544 AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIANCE FROM VARIOUS LOT DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS OF CHAPTER 31 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; PROVIDING FOR A VARIANCE TO ALLOW THE DEVELOPMENT OF A LOT WITHOUT PUBLIC STREET FRONTAGE FOR THE CHENAL VALLEY TRACT B REVISED PRELIMINARY PLAT (5- 867- IIIIIIII), LOCATED ON THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF LAGRANDE DRIVE AND CHENAL PARKWAY. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS. SECTION 1. That a variance from various lot design standards of Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances is granted to provide for variances of certain requirements within the Subdivision Regulations of the City of Little Rock for the Chenal Valley Tract B Revised Preliminary Plat (S- 867- IIIIIIII), located on the Southwest corner of LaGrande Drive and Chenal Parkway as follows: Subsection A. That variances are granted from the provisions of Chapter 31, Section 31 -231 for the Chenal Valley Tract B Revised Preliminary Plat (5- 867- IIIIIIII), to allow the development of a lot without public street frontage for Lot B -3 of the Chenal Valley Tract B Revised Preliminary Plat.
