Over the last year Staff with several individuals representing various interest groups — elderly, bike, health, transit, development community, worked to formulate a Policy for the Board of Directors to discuss and approve. (Please fine attached a draft ordinance for the Compete Streets Policy). This group also looked at the development regulations used by Little Rock and have suggested some changes to the Master Street Plan to help implement the Complete Streets Policy. (Please find attached a draft ordinance to amend the Master Street Plan, Bicycle section). Planning Zoning and Subdivision An item has been scheduled for the Little Rock Planning Commission's June 12, 2014 public hearing to consider recommending approval of the Complete Streets Policy and to amend the Master Street Plan. The Commission meets in the Little Rock Board Chambers second floor of City Hall, 500 West Markham. The meeting starts at 4:00 PM and you are invited to attend to speak for or against the request.
