Mr. Ellis due to a conflict the Complete Street Ordinance will not be on the December 2,
2014 agenda of the Little Rock Board of Directors. The earliest date of hearing will be
January 20, 2015.
The Board of Directors meets on the second floor of City Hall, 500 West Markham
Street, and the meeting starts at 6:00 P.M. This is a public meeting, and you are
encouraged to attend. Other interested parties are allowed to speak in favor or opposition
to the proposed Complete Street Ordinance and accompanying Master Street Plan
amendment to the Bike Plan. Please be prepared to answer questions if they arise.
