Assuming that the City Board does approve the Complete Street Ordinance, does that mean that Staff would consider a
bike lane (Class II) on any major roadway whether it is shown for a Class II on the Bike Plan or not. When the City does
work on a major Road (Collector or Arterial) , will we investigated including a Class II (or Class 1) on higher speed/volume
roads whether they are shown on the Bike Plan or not? (i.e., South Main Street was not shown as a Class II but we
restriped it that way).
