The Master Street Plan is on the City website as a PDF
http://www.Iittierock-org,/!userfiles editor docs 207.3%20MSP%20final%20for%20web, df is you would like to print
your own copy. We do have hardcopies in our office at 723 West Markham. We do charge $20 for the hardcopy. You
can drop by anytime Monday through Friday 8-5 PM and ask for a copy and someone can get it for you. The Boundary
Street Ordinance is not in the Master Street Plan document. It is Chapter 30 of the Code
(htt s: libra .municode.com index.as x?clientld=11170 ). I do not know if PW Department has any hardcopies. 1
hope this is helpful.

Gentlemen:
Only after I sent this note to Tony, did I realize I had neglected to include you in the list of addressees. I do not have
Ronnie's email address or else I'd have included him as well.
Thanks,

Tony:
Thank you very much for taking the initiative to meet with us yesterday and to discuss the proposed Complete Streets
policy. While I am somewhat comforted that certain aspects of the consequences of this proposed policy have been
considered in the broader context of the MSP and the Boundary Street Ordinance, I believe further thought and
consideration must be devoted to a number of the substantive points we discussed yesterday. I happened to notice that
Bob Brown had a bound copy of the MSP in his possession yesterday and wondered how difficult it might be for me to
come by my own copy. I would, of course, be happy to compensate the City for the copy.
Is the Boundary Street Ordinance included in the bound MSP? If not, I suppose I'll have to dig out a copy of that as
well. I'm ashamed to say, I use the term "Boundary Street Ordinance" all the time and I don't even know the Ordinance
numberl.
I hope to collect our thoughts and submit my comments to you as soon as possible but it may take a month or more to
do so. Any information or other materials you may have access to which would help expedite our review, would be
sincerely appreciated.
Once again, many thanks.
