Please remember that these were just examples of recent street costs that I used for the purpose of determining the impact to cost of constructing a street if the additional pavement markings are required. These two examples will not have the markings done as part of their construction. In regards to Rahling Road, no extra costs would be caused to the construction of the road. The developer's street design addressed the concepts of complete streets. There are many streets in Little Rock that can be considered a complete street. They have been constructed by both public and private entities. Scott Hamilton was designed using Complete Streets concepts which are included in the City's typical street design standards.
