Vince asked me to clarify that the sidewalks are going to be placed at the far outside of the right of way. That will end
up with a much wider green space between the curb and the sidewalk.

Brian,
After visiting with Davis Fitzhugh, we would like to amend the above referenced application. We are agreeable to City
staff's position which would leave the minor arterial designation on David O. Dodd, but with a reduced street width of
48 ft with sidewalks on both sides. This would allow Mr. Fitzhugh to widen the street without moving the existing
power poles along the north side of the street.

We appreciate your help with this amendment.
