2 A RESOLUTION TO AMEND LITTLE ROCK, ARK., RESOLUTION NO. 12,230 (March 7,
3 2006) TO CORRECT THE PROPERTY DESCRIPTION; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
4 WHEREAS, Little Rock, Ark., Resolution No. 12,230 (March 7, 2006) City approved a lease
5 agreement for park land to Heifer International but contained the incorrect property description
6 provided to the City,
7 WHEREAS, the City now has a correct property description,
8 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
9 ROCK, ARKANSAS:
10 Section 1. Little Rock, Ark., Resolution No. 12,230 (March 7, 2006), is hereby amended to
11 the extent that the property descriptions attached to this resolution are substituted for Attach -
12 ment A to the original resolution.
13 Section 4. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause,
14 phrase, or word of this resolution is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional,
15 such declaration or adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which
16 shall remain in full force and effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or uncon-
17 stitutional was not originally a part of the ordinance.
18 Section 5. Repealer. All ordinances and resolutions are hereby repealed to the extent of
19 such inconsistency including, but not limited to, Little Rock, Ark., Resolution No. 12,230 (March
20 7, 2006).
