Roundabouts can be added to any street of any classification when an engineering study shows that the proposed round -a -bout will operate at an acceptable level of service. Round -a -bouts shall be designed in accordance with Standard Engineering Practice and Guidelines such as AASHTO, ITE, AFWA, or other applicable standards.
