3 A RESOLUTION TO AWARD A CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT TO
4 ALL SERVICE, INC. FOR SIGNAL INSTALLATION
5 IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE MISSISSIPPI AND "H" STREETS
6 PROJECT; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
7 WHEREAS, bids were solicited for the construction of signal installation
8 improvements for the Mississippi and "H" Streets Project, under Bid No. 06 -233, and
9 WHEREAS, All Service, Inc. submitted the lowest responsive and responsible bid,
10 in the amount of $92,953.85 ($84,503.50 plus 10% contingencies);
11 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
12 THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
13 Section 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute an agreement with
14 All Service, Inc., for signal installation improvements, under Bid No. 06 -233, in the
15 amount of $92,953.85 ($84,503.50 plus 10% contingencies).
16 Section 2. 2004 Bond Funds are available for this project in 314 - 220 -TS12 from
17 remaining fund balances.
18 Section 3. This resolution will be in full force and effect from and after the date
19 of its adoption.
