Dear Mr. Malone:
I recently received your letter dated November 15, 2013 stating the City of Little Rock
is once again wanting to uproot an entire community for the city's reorganization
purpose. There is no regard for the community that is left after the Little Rock
Municipal Airport or the know Bill and Hillary Clinton Airport has uprooted for the
fourth time for me. I am an elderly woman and I should be able to live the rest of my
days in peace were I choose. These United States were built on the blood and
sweat of Americans and people who came to the United States to make a better life
for them and there families and leave a legacy behind for there families to continue to
build on and choose in these matters. I do not have a problem with progress, but
why does this community always have to be tom apart for the progression of the City
of Little Rock or the airport.
Respectfully please consider not making what is left of this community just another
giant project that the City of Little Rock has undertaken and left the people of the
East Little Rock Community to find yet another place to call home. There still has to
be some compassion left for the small people of this world.
Thank you for considering not disposing of this small community again
Sincerely,
Elizabeth Davis
East Little Rock Resident
