Attached is the revised traffic study for this project. Peter's has revised it to include the possible future
connection of Beckenham.
We are not going to proceed with this proposal unless Wellington Plantation is removed from the MSP.
Under existing zoning, with 10 years of background growth Ernie thought Wellington Plantation if open
would reduce ADT on Rahling by approximately 6%. He can get you a letter to such if you would like.
