Also is November 29 (Thursday after Thanksgiving) good or should it be deferred two cycles? Would you still be available this afternoon for a meeting? Joe White, P.E. White-Daters & Associates, Inc. 24 Rahling Circle Little Rock, AR 72223 P: (501) 821-1667 F: (501) 821-1668 From: Malone, Walter [mailto:WMalone@littlerock.org] Sent: Tuesday, September 25, 2012 9:42 AM To: Joe White, Jr. Subject: MSP12-05 Your request was for a 26 -foot wide residential type of roadway for the proposed Collector connection between Patrick Country and East Pinnacle Roads. Staff has begun the review of this. There is some uncertainty since there is no known development plan (subdivision plat for this land). Therefore Staff at this time does not feel comfortable with the request as filed. There are two options that could be considered. One is based on the Woodlands Edge Development and would be an amendment to a 28 -foot wide road but with no access except by streets (no curb cuts for driveways). The second would be a 31 -foot wide street, this is based on an approved Collector design in the Sienna Lakes development in a steep slope area. Let me know if you would be comfortable amending your request to one of these options or if you would like to set up a meeting with staff to more fully discuss the request and options.
