Subject: Proposed MSP Amendment - Stortz
Staff has reviewed the proposal and does not support the request. We have had similar situations like
this one in the past and here are some options staff has supported in the past:
Collector design through the hill country with a minimum 25 mph design speed, 31 feet width and
a 60 foot right-of-way.
Collector design with a 28 feet width, a 45 foot right-of-way plus an additional 10' sidewalk and
utility easement, no driveways take direct access to the collector.
