ORDINANCE NO. 16,,652
AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE MASTER
STREET PLAN, REDUCING THE DESIGN
STANDARD FOR CHENAL/FINANCIAL CENTER
PARKWAY AND FOR OTHER MATTERS.
WHEREAS, the Little Rock Board of Directors does not
wish to increase from the current conditions, the right-of-
way along Chenal/Financial Center Parkway; and,
WHEREAS, the Little Rock Board of Directors wishes to
limit the number of lanes to four, with a median, along
Chenal/Financial Center Parkway.
= NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. In the "Functional Classification of Street
System" section of the Master Street Plan, Chenal/Financial
Center Parkway is footnoted to require a four lane section
1 and 100 foot right-of-way from Kanis Road east -to
I Shackleford Road.
SECTION 2. The divided principal arterial (parkway)
right-of-way is reduced to principal arterial standard, with
# median reduced to 14 feet.
