AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDDNANCE 14,210 THE
MASTER STREET PLAN, PERTAINING TO THE
ROCK CREEK PARKWAY ALIGNMENT FOR THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, the construction of the Rock Creek Parkway is
about to take place; and
WHEREAS, a more detailed alignment study has been
performed by Mehlburger, Tanner, Robinson and Associates;
and
WHEREAS, the staff and Planning Commission have
reviewed the new engineering alignment study; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has recommended the
amendment to the Master Street Plan as proposed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 14,210 is hereby amended
to include the Rock Creek Parkway Engineering Alignment
Study prepared by Mehlburger, Tanner, Robinson and
Associates dated February, 1987.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
