An application has been filed with the City of Little Rock to move the Collector
designation from Patrick Country Road to Valley Ranch Road. Currently Valley Rand
Road is a Local Street `Commercial Street' and Patrick Country Road is a Collector. The
design standard for these types of roads is the same. Attached is a map showing the
proposed change.
The Little Rock Planning Commission will consider this change at their meeting on
Thursday, June 7, 2012. The Commission meets at 4:00 PM in the City Board Chambers,
second floor of City Hall, 500 West Markham. If you have comments either against or
for this proposed change, please send them to Walter Malone, 723 West Markham, Little
Rock, Arkansas 72201 wmalone littlerock.or . Please refer to MSP12-03 in any
correspondence. Any comments received prior to the public hearing on June 7 will be
shared with the Planning Commission. You are also welcome to attend the hearing and
speak to the Commission in either support or opposition to this change.
