A Master Street Plan amendment has been submitted to move the Collector designation
from Patrick Country Road and move it west to Valley Ranch Drive. Currently Valley
Ranch Drive is a Local `Commercial' Street and Patrick Country Road is a Collector.
Patrick Country Road would become a Local Street (most likely `Commercial Street') if
this change is made to the Master Street Plan Map.
The Little Rock Planning Commission will consider this classification change at their
meeting on Thursday June 7, 2012. The Commission meets at 4:00 PM in the City Board
Chambers, second floor of City Hall, 500 West Markham. If you have any comments
either against or for this proposed change, please send them to Walter Malone, 723 West
Markham, Little Rock Arkansas 72201 (wmalone@littlerock.org). Please refer to
MSP 12-03 in any correspondence. Any comments received prior to the public hearing on
June 7, 2012 will be shared with the Planning Commission. You are also welcome to
attend the hearing and speak to the Commission in either support or opposition to this
change.
