Subject: RVPOA Letter on Pinnacle Valley Rd
Walter and Bryan,
Attached is the letter from the President of River Valley Property Association regarding improvements to
Pinnacle Valley road. They are very much in favor of adding the bike shoulders to this stretch of road, so
if going to 2 -lanes on the MSP will get them bike shoulders on both sides of the road, they are all for it.
Thanks for all that you are doing.

Subject: Widening Pinnacle Valley Road to include bike lanes.
To: Mayor Mark Stodola and to Brian Day.
Gentleman, the RVPOA is so looking forward to having the City
of Little Rock do these much needed improvements to Pinnacle
Valley Road from Hwy 10 to the Rail Road Crossing.
1. Widening of said section of Pinnacle Valley Road.
2. Straighten out the dangerous curve by the Apartment Complex.
3. Guard rail installed at the said curve.
4. Bike lanes installed on both sides of the road.
This section of Pinnacle Valley Road is the "main entrance" to
Pinnacle Mountain State Park, Maumelle Park, Twin Rivers Park,
Two Marinas and to 160 homeowners in our POA. It is heavily
traveled and it has always been a dangerous drive for Motorists,
RV's, Bicyclists and Pedestrians a like. Countless accidents have
been recorded on the sharp curve over the years. Now is the time to
make the decision to implement these improvements for the safety for
all these fine "Arkansas Travelers".
Thank you for your time,
Louis Bianco, president of RVPOA.
