Jim,
The Master Street Plan item to upgrade Chester north of LaHarpe to a Minor Arterial and propose an extension north
across the River is on the Planning Commissions March 15, 2012 meeting. The meeting starts at 4 PM in the Board
Chambers. You had mentioned you would be present to help address why this should be done. So if you or someone
form MetroPlan could be present at the meeting to present any helpful information on why this change should be made to
the Master Street Plan, we will take you up on your offer. We do expect opposition from property owners.
