Nothing changes as to the requirements for any bike route, lane or path. Those standards do not change
in this request. The change does clarify that a class I is a bike path, class II is a bike lane, class III is as
bike route. And to approve a modified map showing the locations of each proposed type..

I know there's a hearing tonight regarding discussing amending Little Rock's master street plan as
it pertains to bicycles. Is there anything in it that might affect builders or developers? Will there be
additional requirements on, say, developers to add bike lanes ... and, if so, who will bear the extra
cost?
