Ed, et al.,
I will be at the agenda meeting at 4:00 today. When we scheduled it, I thought I had a class to teach this afternoon,
but I do not. I can handle the agenda meeting by myself and hereby release the rest of you from any need to attend,
although you are certainly welcome to attend if you wish.
Jess

Team BFCC,
Walter just clarified that the November 29 meeting is not a public hearing, so we do not need a big turnout
for this meeting. We might want a turnout for the December 6 meeting.

Just the December 6 meeting, it is the public hearing. The November 29 meeting is not a public hearing and you
will not get to talk. It is a chance to hear if they have any issues so you can address them on December 6.

Walter,
Thanks. I'll plan to attend the 4:00 p.m. Nov. 29th agenda session and would welcome any others who can attend.
I have a law school class to teach until about 4:00 that day. I will be about 15 or 20 minutes late for the LR Board meeting,
meeting, so I will need someone else to appear at straight up 4:00 regardless. I can sub in at 4:15-4:20 if the other person
person needs to leave.
Any takers?

We are on go for December 6 Public hearing. There is a meeting Tuesday November 29 at 4 PM in the Board
Chambers that someone should attend. This is the agenda meeting for the December 6 meeting. You would not
speak. But you can hear any questions that Board members might have. At this meeting they ask questions of
Staff and decide if an item can be 'grouped'. So let me know if someone can be there at the 4 PM meeting
November 29.
Thanks
Walter

It is tentatively scheduled for the December 6, 2011 BOD meeting. This meeting is at 6 PM. There will be a need
to have someone or several folks at the Board meeting. I will not know for at least ten days or so if it will stay on
that agenda. If it is 'Grouped', then there would be no discussion and it would be read three times that night.

Walter,
I understand the next stop is the City Board. How does that happen? Will you and staff get the matter on the agenda? I got
the impression that this happens more or less automatically following Planning Commission approval.
What input will you need from us on BFCC?
I understood the City Board meeting on the Bike Plan will occur about 2 weeks after the Planning Commission approval last
Thursday. Is that still the expectation?
Sure appreciate your attention and help on this,
Thanks.
