The November 29 meeting is not a public hearing and you will not get to talk. It is a chance to hear if they have any issues so you can address them on December 6. I can sub in at 4:15-4:20 if the other person person needs to leave. Any takers? Jess From: Malone, Walter [ma iIto: WMalone littlerock.or ] Sent: Monday, November 14, 20113:27 PM To: Jess L. This is the agenda meeting for the December 6 meeting. You would not speak. But you can hear any questions that Board members might have. At this meeting they ask questions of Staff and decide if an item can be 'grouped'. So let me know if someone can be there at the 4 PM meeting November 29. I will not know for at least ten days or so if it will stay on that agenda. If it is 'Grouped', then there would be no discussion and it would be read three times that night. How does that happen? Will you and staff get the matter on the agenda? I got the impression that this happens more or less automatically following Planning Commission approval. What input will you need from us on BFCC? I understood the City Board meeting on the Bike Plan will occur about 2 weeks after the Planning Commission approval last Thursday. Is that still the expectation? Sure appreciate your attention and help on this, Thanks.
