Ed, here is the list of Class III on Arterials (I might have missed one some place but think it is complete).

Note that some are outside the City Limits (we can not sign out there but could ask the county to sign them). If it is noted
that the route is 'proposed to upgrade to Class II', that means that the 'Implementation Plan' shows as Class II but the
Master Plan shows as a Class ll. So should be upgraded at some point.
