AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE MASTER STREET PLAN (19,152)
ADDING A MINOR ARTERIAL, EAST 9T11 STREET EXTENSION,
FROM BOND AVENUE EAST AND NORTH TO CALHOUN STREET
AND 6' STREET (MSP11-01); TO DECLARE AN EMERGENCY; AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the Little Rock Planning Commission believes it appropriate to amend the plan;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. The Board of Directors hereby approves the addition of the .East 9'h Street extension to the
Master Street Plan as a Minor Arterial from Bond Avenue east and north to Calhoun and 6"' Streets.
Section 2. The Master Street Plan Map is hereby changed to reflect the Minor Arterial as shown on
the attached graphic.
Section 3. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item; sentence, clause, phrase, or
word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or
adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and
effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional were not originally a part of the
ordinance.
Section 4. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same that are inconsistent
with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
Section 5. That the ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after its passage and
approval.
