Zoning and

Your application for a Master Street Plan amendment has been received by our office and
placed on the October 2, 2008 Planning Commission hearing. As I indicated to you in a
conversation Tuesday August 26, with the resulting street network, once Frazier Pike is
closed, the amendment will be modified as follows: to remove Frazier Pike as an Arterial
from Fourche Dam Pike to Thibault Road and to change Thibault Road from Fourche
Dam Pike to Frazier Pike from a Collector to a Minor Arterial. The Planning
Commission hearing starts at 4:00 P.M. and takes place in the City Board Chambers,
second floor City Hall, 500 West Markham.
The City shall be contacting agencies for comment on the application. These comments
will be included in the materials presented to the Little Rock Planning Commission in
October. If you have additional information, which you wish the City to include in our
review and analysis of your request, please forward it to us as soon as possible.
After the Planning Commission meeting, you will receive correspondence on the next
step in the City's review process. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me at
(501) 371-6819.
Sincerely,
