On October 2, 2008, at their regular hearing the Planning Commission approved
your request to amend the Master Street Plan by removing the connection
between Dixie Road and Chenal Valley Drive (MSP08-03).
This item has been forwarded to the Board of Directors for a hearing. This letter
is to inform you that the item will be heard at the November 3, 2008 Little Rock
City Board of Directors meeting.
The Board of Directors meets on the second floor of City Hall, 500 West
Markham Street, and starts at 6:00 PM. This is a public meeting, and you are
encouraged to attend. Other interested parties are allowed to speak in favor or
opposition to the Master Street Plan amendment. Please be prepared to answer
questions if they arise.
