The Department of Planning and Development has been in the process of reviewing the Master Street Plan for the area in and around your property. The proposed changes are a result of discussions and review by city staff. The realignment of the Minor Arterial designation from Frazier Pike to Thibault has been proposed. Attached are copies of the ultimate design — build out for both Collectors and Minor Arterials. There is no proposal at this time to make any physical changes to the road. If this amendment is approved then as property redevelops the new standards will be used to review the requests and make recommendations. This does not change what you can do with your property or the taxes you are assessed. The change will then be taken before the Planning Commission and later to the Board of Directors. The Planning Commission meeting will be held at City Hall at 4:00 p.m. on October 2, 2008. You are invited to attend this meeting to provide any comments for or against the proposed changes.
