Since the start they wanted to close Frazier Pike through their property, so this is just more of
that. My opinion is we still need a southern arterial connection, so Thibault would be the logical
choice. The County has done some improvements to Thibault of the road just so Frasier Pike
could be closed someday.

We received a request by Welspun to remove Frazier Pike (thru their development) from the
MSP. It is currently a Minor Arterial and goes from the port area south then turning west to
Harper. Do you agree that this should be a MSP amendment to just remove the Minor Arterial or
should the MSP amendment be to move the Arterial designation to Thibault (which is currently
shown as a Collector) such that the Arterial connection would still be there?
