Re: MSP08-01 Realignment of Wellington Plantation/Beckenham Collectors
Dear Mr. McNeil,
There has been a request to re -align the Wellington Plantation and Beckenham Drive
Collectors prior to their connection with Rahling Road. The proposal is to connect these
two Collectors and take only one road to Rahling Road. This would have the alignment
of the continuation of Wellington Plantation move more to the north prior to swinging
west to Rahling Road. It would also move the continuation Beckenham Drive to the
south and connect it to Wellington Plantation. Then Wellington Plantation would take
the traffic of both roads to Rahling Road. (See the attached graphic)
This change does not alter the zoning or the Land Use Plan. However related items have
been placed on the Planning Commission's agenda to change both. To comment on the

The Little Rock Planning Commission will hear the request at their meeting Tuesday,
August 21, 2008. The meeting starts at 4:00 PM and will be held in the Little Rock
Board of Directors Chambers, 2nd Floor City Hall, 500 West Markham. You are
welcome to attend this meeting and voice any opinions on this request to the
Commission.
