The existing collector to Rabling Read sl mild be left as designed without an amendment to the Master Street Plan. Three m tybe four years ago, C remember when Dorado Beach was a dead end street The mai ter plan called for a connection to Hinson Road. Our neighborhood, Pebble Beach Vl oods addition, did not want this street to go through and to be left as a dead end. The City of Little Rock took a stance "'We cannot change the Master Street Plan" so now Dorado Beach connects with Hinson. The Little RockPlanning Commission should deity c this amendment and keep the traffic on Rahling Road rather than doing something which will be regretted latter. The roads are not wide enough, the py::a is tilled with children, and school buses already exceed the speed limit. Why would you want to create another Pebble Beach Problem! :Since y, A44 - - - Steven C. Mason 10 Melrose Little Rock, AR 72212 501221-1377
