Subject; Master Street Plan Amendment; Case MSP -08-01
Wellington Plantation Dr.
Dear Mr. Carney:
This letter is aiskhig the Little Rock Planning Commission to deny oe above
amendment as submitted. The existing collector to Rabling Read sl mild be left as
designed without an amendment to the Master Street Plan. Three m tybe four years
ago, C remember when Dorado Beach was a dead end street The mai ter plan called
for a connection to Hinson Road. Our neighborhood, Pebble Beach Vl oods addition,
did not want this street to go through and to be left as a dead end. The City of Little
Rock took a stance "'We cannot change the Master Street Plan" so now Dorado
Beach connects with Hinson. The Little RockPlanning Commission should deity c
this amendment and keep the traffic on Rahling Road rather than doing something
which will be regretted latter. The roads are not wide enough, the py::a is tilled with
children, and school buses already exceed the speed limit. Why would you want to
create another Pebble Beach Problem!
